Konkurences samazinājums. Ja ļauj apvienoties, tad vismaz apvienotai kompānijai var viegli uzlikt kaut kādus nosacījumus. Ja OA bankrotētu, tad A3 iegūtu lielāku tirgus daļu dabiskā ceļā, neko ar EK nesaskaņojot.

Tad jau katrs paņems pa mazumiņam: KLM caur AMS mezglu vizinās, AirFrance caur CDG, Swiss caur ZRH u.t.t. Kā arī Delta, American Airlines, United, U.S. Airways iespējams varētu kādu papildus reisu pielikt.

Vismaz tajā rakstā, uz ko tu atsaucies, ir rakstīts, ka OV atalgojums ir pa 50-60% mazāks nekā BT. Tātad, viņi apgalvo, ka BT ir pa 100-150% lielāks atalgojums, nekā OV. Neliekas ticami Smile

Ar Alitalia esot viss kartiba ETIHAD perkot 49% akcijas un pieprasa atlaist no 13000 vismaz 2500 stradajoso, bet cita italu sabiedriba Livingston gan nobankroteja, bet Lufthansa nezkāpēc velas caur ES komisiju lai Alitalia, līdzīgi kā komercbankas pārņemtu valsts.

Ari airBerlin turpina lidot ar 250 mlj zaudējumu un SAS 6 mēnesos samazinot apgrozijumu no 19 mljardiem uz 16 zaudējumus 1 miljardu SEK neesot samazinajusi.
