Sliktākais tas, ka ir nopirktas avio biļetes un tās vairs nevar atcelt nezaudējot naudu
Manuprāt, jālasa ALPHAROOMS pilnie noteikumi, bet jebkurā gadījumā tagad ziemā uz vasaras sezonu Spānijas kūrortos vēl būs brīvi pieejamas arī daudzas citas viesnīcas. Vai tad brauciena mērķis bija tikai šī viena viesnīca, kuras cenai acīmredzot kļūdaini pazudusi viena nullīte. Un vai braucat uz Spāniju tikai tāpēc vien, ka nopirkta 5* viesnīca, cik saprotu, tad par sviestamaizes cenu un, ja būtu normāla cena, tad no brauciena atteiktos.
Ja turklāt rezervēji caur viņu zvanu centru, tad manuprāt viņiem nav iespēju izvairīties no Tevis izmitināšanas par solīto cenu. Raksti, ka viņiem nav tiesību palielināt cenu pēc rezervācijas akceptēšanas un ja viņi spītējas, sūdzēsies patērētāju aizstāvjiem (citizensadvice.org.uk).
Cenai nullītes nepazuda, bija uzlikta 90% atlaide tiem numuriņiem un datumiem, tos arī rezervēju. Brauciena mērķis bija tikai šī viesnīca, jo esmu jau tur daudz reiz bijis un par pilno cenu brauktu uz citu vietu, nevis desmito reizi turpat.

I would like to inform that there was no pricing error on reference 739691756213, because i made it via telephoning on 8th of January with Hamson Michael (he made reservation) and he said that it's confirmed. Also I got other two booking confirmed: 310611998958 and 591765344105, he checked them, contacted manager and said it is all ok. After he confirmed and you sent hotel vouchers we bought airplane tickets. I don't want my reservations to be cancelled because we bought airplane tickets for period 23rd may - 6th of June, that cost over 1300euros for 8 persons of us. I don't have obligation to pay the difference because I paid already for my reservations and they are confirmed. Your Agency Terms of Business states: Prices are quoted in the currency you choose. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you book. Not after booking is confirmed.

We would like to inform you that as per your previous email we sent to our supplier we received replay from our supplier stating the fallowing lines "We will cancel the bookings and if the clients arrive they will be invoiced directly by the hotel in case the room is available."
