Miles&Smiles “25 Million Miles” Application

The rules and working mechanism of the application are as follows:

• Users will enter the application and choose favorite destinations looking at the photos from all over the world.
• They will execute their choices by clicking the yes or no buttons on the page.
• After making their preferences, the users will enter their Miles&Smiles membership numbers (TK no) in the system.
• Those who are not a member of Miles&Smiles may subscribe as a member by completing the Miles&Smiles membership form available at https://www4.thy.com/tkmiles/membersignin.tk?lang=en (for free).
• A verification code will be sent to the mobile number recorded in the membership system after Miles&Smiles TK number is entered.
• User will be eligible to participate in the draw after completing the form to be received upon entering the verification code in the system.
• In case of incomplete name, address details, user will not be able to participate in the draw - participants will be responsible for the accuracy, adequacy and evidence of Miles&Smiles card membership details provided to join the campaign.
• Campaign participation is limited to 5 different photographs and draws. 
• All members involved in the application will be subject to equal rules and terms.
• Individuals may not win more than one lottery. 
• At the end of the application, one person will be granted 1,000,000 Miles and 100 people will each win 240,000 miles. 
• Lottery miles may only be used by the winners and may not be assigned or converted into cash.
• Legal liabilities excluding excise duty and VAT will be borne by the winners. 
• The legal and criminal liability of Türk Hava Yolları A.O. as the owner of application will be limited to the form of liability included in the law as the provider and operator of the system offering the services and contents as per the law no. 5651, and user will bear all responsibility arising from the content. 
• Users accepts and undertakes that information and content provided by them as part of the application is accurate and legal. User may not upload any content or information which encourage crime, racism or ethnical assault including particularly threatening, violent, offensive, harassing or pornographic or abusive elements. 
• Users will bear any legal and criminal liability arising from any processes or actions performed under this application, and they may not use the application for commercial purposes and may not send any information in the nature of commercial advertising.
• All users accept and undertake that they will not reproduce, copy, distribute or process the pictures, texts, visual and audio images, video clips, any software and software fractions, databases, catalogues and lists as well as any compound or discrete media players within the application which may constitute a breach of the copyright, real or personal rights or assets of Türk Hava Yolları A.O. and/or other third parties. Türk Hava Yolları A.O. may not be held liable directly or indirectly in any way whatsoever for the damages incurred or may be incurred by third parties due to the activities of users in violation of this terms of use and in contrary to law.
