Terms and conditions

• The campaign is valid for one-way and round-trip international flights arriving in Türkiye and domestic flights ticketed on October 29, 2023.
• Members will earn an additional 1923 Status Miles and 1923 Miles from their flights ticketed on the campaign date
• Members can benefit from the campaign maximum once.
• Miles earned from the campaign will be credited within 7 days following the flight.
• Only Miles&Smiles members can benefit from the campaign. Non-member passengers must first become a Miles&Smiles member in order to benefit from the campaign.
• Campaign tickets can be issued from our call center, online channels and sales offices.
• Flights credited to Miles&Smiles accounts after the flight will not be eligible.
• Tickets that do not meet the campaign conditions but are reissued in accordance with the campaign conditions are not eligible.
• Tickets issued on October 29, 2023 and changed later will be excluded from the scope.
• Promotion is only valid on scheduled flights operated by Turkish Airlines. It is not valid on Turkish Airlines codeshare flights, Star Alliance partner airlines and AnadoluJet flights.
• The campaign is valid for flights which Status Miles can be earned.
• Ticketing and travel dates specified within the scope of the campaign are according to Turkish local time.
• Usage rights within the scope of the campaign are not transferable.
• Turkish Airlines reserves the right to initiate legal action against those concerned if any rule violation is detected.
• Turkish Airlines reserves the right to change the campaign terms and conditions, definitions and other information, and to cancel the campaign.
